
Our mind often gets defiled through the thoughts of greed, hatred and illusion. Once it remains restrained. The mind which is correctly directed is more beneficial than any good thing rendered by the parents. The mind which is wrongly directed is more dangerous than any bad thing rendered by the enemies.
Try to practice meditation on Buddhanussati for a few minutes in the morning or before you go the bed. If you do so , you will see the benefits soon. Let’s make our lives successful.
How To begin,
•First sit in front of a Buddha Statue.
•Place folded palms on the forehead and recite Namaskara.
•Take three refuges and five precepts.
•Place left palm on the right palm.
•Take a good breathe and relax the whole body.
First step:
•Look at the Buddha statue well.
•Start contemplating on the virtue , “Sugata”’
•Try to Visualize the Buddha Statue through your mind.
•Continue that.
Second step :
Visualizing as follows.
As the Buddha has followed the Noble Eightfold Path, He is called “Sugata”
Repeat “ Sugata Nam Vana Seka “,” Sugata Nam Vana Seka “,”Sugata Nam Vana Seka”
As the Buddha has realized the Nibbana , which is the supreme bliss of happiness, He called “ Sugata”
Repeat “ Sugata Nam Vana Seka “,” Sugata Nam Vana Seka “,”Sugata Nam Vana Seka”
As the Buddha speaks good words which are beneficial for both lives here and here after,He is called “Sugata”
Repeat “ Sugata Nam Vana Seka “,” Sugata Nam Vana Seka “,”Sugata Nam Vana Seka”
As the Buddha has followed the correct path ,realized the Nibbana and speaks good words, he is called “Sugata”
